The last 30 years of our monthly Outlook newsletter are available for reading at the Community Archives of Belleville and Hastings County, located on the second floor of the Belleville Public Library, 254 Pinnacle Street. Beginning in 2008, newer editions became available in colour, similar to the ones you see below.
